Opt Out
To opt out of the Settlement, you must complete and mail the Opt-Out Form that you received or submit an Opt-Out Form online here. You will need to provide your Notice ID that is on the Claim Form you received. Opt-Out Forms must be postmarked or e-mailed by April 8, 2025.
If you request to opt out, you will neither receive any money or other benefit from the Settlement, nor will you be considered to have released your claims alleged in the class action. If you request to opt out from the Class Action Settlement, you may not pursue any recovery under the Class Action Settlement. You may, however, pursue other remedies separate and apart from the Class Action Settlement that may be available to you.
